Terms of Service
These Terms govern the contractual relationship between Dr. Camila Paz Trabucco Leiva and any user who purchases, books or applies for any service available through this website, including NeuroVitale™, Elemental Medicine™, the Five Elements Blueprint and online physician-led digital health services. By completing a purchase or booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
Purpose and scope of application
These Terms regulate the relationship between Dr. Camila Paz Trabucco Leiva and the user who purchases, books or applies for any service available at www.visitamedicaonline.com, including NeuroVitale™, Elemental Medicine™, the Five Elements Blueprint, online consultations, private protocols and digital health programs.
By completing a purchase, booking, payment or application process, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy of this website.
Selective service: some services may be subject to a prior suitability assessment. Payment does not automatically guarantee access to a selective service if the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria. If payment has already been made and the applicant is not accepted, the amount paid will be refunded in full within a maximum of 7 business days.

The applicable prices are those shown on each service page at the time of purchase or booking. Prices may vary over time, but such changes will not affect purchases already confirmed.
Contracting process
- Request or access: the user accesses the service page, form, waitlist or payment page and provides the required information.
- Suitability assessment: Dr. Trabucco Leiva may assess the suitability of the applicant for selective services. The Blueprint does not necessarily require prior assessment unless expressly stated.
- Confirmation and payment: once accepted or when the service is directly available, the user proceeds to payment through the payment provider indicated on the website. Card data are processed by the payment provider and are not stored on this website’s servers.
- Order confirmation: the user receives confirmation by email with the summary of the contracted service.
- Service delivery: digital products are delivered according to the stated delivery conditions; consultations and programs are provided on the agreed dates.
The contract is considered formalized when the user receives the order confirmation email or, in the case of selective services, when the user receives written acceptance and payment confirmation.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refund policy
As a general rule, payments made through this website are non-refundable once the service has started, once a consultation slot has been reserved within the cancellation window, or once personalized digital content has been generated or delivered.
Five Elements Blueprint — personalized digital content
The Blueprint is personalized digital content prepared from data provided by the user. By completing the purchase, the user expressly requests and consents to the immediate or scheduled execution of the digital service and acknowledges that, once the report has been generated, made available or delivered, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply to that digital content.
If the report has not yet been generated or delivered, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the user’s jurisdiction.
Online consultations
Online consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without prior notice, will be considered a performed service and will not entitle the user to a refund or free rescheduling.
NeuroVitale™ Performance Lab and personalized protocols
Initial payments, deposits or first installments may be treated as non-refundable reservations, as they secure professional time, preparation and individualized program design. Once the program, preparation phase, clinical review, protocol design or follow-up has started, payments already made are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Exception: if an applicant does not pass the suitability assessment for a selective service and has already made a payment, the full amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days.
User obligations
- Be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract the services.
- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information in all forms, intakes and communications.
- Understand that medical or health recommendations are based on the information provided by the user; inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality and safety of the recommendations.
- Not use the services in urgent, emergency or life-threatening situations. In an emergency, contact the emergency services in your country immediately.
- Inform Dr. Trabucco Leiva of all current diagnoses, treatments, medication, supplements, pregnancy status, allergies, contraindications and relevant medical history before starting any protocol.
- Not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish or commercially exploit any report, protocol, material or content received without prior written authorization.
- Respect the personal, confidential and non-transferable nature of all contracted services.
Nature of the service
The services provided by Dr. Trabucco Leiva may constitute private medical guidance, integrative health assessment, digital health education, wellness support or personalized health strategy, depending on the specific service purchased and the regulatory framework applicable to the user’s country of residence.
These services are not a substitute for emergency care, primary care, hospital care, local in-person examination, or ongoing follow-up by the user’s usual physician when such care is required.
Elemental Medicine™, NeuroVitale™ and the Five Elements Blueprint are proprietary frameworks that integrate clinical reasoning, functional medicine concepts, constitutional assessment, lifestyle medicine, neuroscience-informed health education and ancestral or symbolic interpretation. They do not replace conventional diagnosis, urgent care or evidence-based treatment where such treatment is clinically necessary.

Digital content and immediate performance
Some services include digital content, personalized reports, educational materials, protocols, documents, PDFs, digital access or email delivery. By purchasing these services, the user agrees that the service may begin before the end of any statutory withdrawal period, where permitted by applicable law.
For personalized digital content generated from user-submitted data, the user acknowledges that the content is customized and cannot generally be returned once created, accessed or delivered.
Online medical care, jurisdiction and limitations
The user understands that online care has limitations compared with in-person care, including the absence of physical examination, immediate vital sign assessment and direct emergency intervention.
The availability, legal classification and scope of online medical services may vary depending on the user’s country of residence. Where local law requires an in-person medical evaluation, local prescription, local laboratory request or local treating physician, the user is responsible for obtaining such local care.
Any laboratory testing, supplement use, medication change, peptide use, fertility intervention, detox protocol, training protocol or dietary modification must be evaluated in light of the user’s complete medical history and local medical supervision when appropriate.
Health data, privacy and confidentiality
Because the services may involve health-related information, the user understands that some data provided may qualify as sensitive or special-category data under applicable data protection laws, including data protection rules in the European Union.
Such data will be processed only as necessary to evaluate, provide, document and manage the requested services, according to the Privacy Policy of this website and the applicable legal basis. The user may exercise the rights recognized by applicable data protection law through the contact email provided on the website.
The user agrees not to send information belonging to third parties unless they are legally authorized to do so.
Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, texts, reports, protocols, designs, concepts, names, methods, digital materials and structures related to NeuroVitale™, Elemental Medicine™, the Five Elements Blueprint and Visita Médica Online are protected by intellectual property rights.
The purchase of a service grants the user a personal, private, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the delivered content for their own personal purposes only. It does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, teach, publish, distribute, adapt, train AI systems on, or commercially exploit the content without prior written authorization.
Limitation of liability
Dr. Trabucco Leiva will provide the services with professional diligence and based on the information available at the time of assessment. However, no specific health, fertility, performance, weight, symptom, laboratory or clinical outcome is guaranteed.
The user remains responsible for decisions regarding their health, for seeking urgent or in-person care when needed, and for consulting their usual physician before making changes to prescribed medication or treatment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visita Médica Online and Dr. Trabucco Leiva shall not be liable for damages resulting from incomplete or false information provided by the user, misuse of the content, failure to seek emergency care, unauthorized sharing of protocols, or implementation of recommendations without appropriate local supervision when required.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the applicable rules on digital services, consumer protection, data protection and private contractual relationships, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the user’s country of residence.

The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. Users located in the European Union may consult the relevant consumer protection or consumer redress bodies available in their country of residence.
